OUR 2025 FISHING SEASON HAS CONCLUDED. WE WISH YOU ALL A HAPPY NEW YEAR.

Yesterday’s trip was a good way to end our 2025 season. We steamed to the SUPER DEEP and caught A bunch of Giant Pollack, a BOAT LIMIT OF GIANT SEA BASS, Big White Hake, Red Hake & more! See everyone in the Spring.

Friday’s 5AM DEEPWATER trip saw Super fishing, FULL BOAT LIMIT OF GIANT SEA BASS! Got home just as the snow started.

Tuesday 5am DEEPWATER wreck trip saw mediocre results. Most people had just about their limit of sea bass or close to it but not many giants, just wasn’t the Blitz we’ve been seeing. A few Pollack & Hakes on the boat also.

Tomorrow’s (Monday) 5AM trip is canceled due to lack of interest.

Saturday & Sunday’s trips are canceled due to rough ocean seas.

Saturday’s 5AM DEEPWATER trip saw a FULL BOAT LIMIT OF GIANT SEA BASS, 120 Hubcap Porgies, 4 Pollack, and 10 Big Red Hake. ALL trips tomorrow (Sunday) are canceled.

Tomorrow’s (Saturday) 5AM Sea Bass & 7:01AM Blackfish trips are confirmed; definitely sailing.

ALL trips are canceled through Thursday due to the weather.

ALL trips tomorrow (Monday) are canceled. Saturday & Sunday’s 5AM trips both saw FULL BOAT LIMITS OF BIG SEA BASS plus a 150 or so Hubcap Porgies and a few Ling.

Friday’s 7:01AM Blackfish trip saw 16 fishermen catch 195 Blackfish keeping 30; 4 fish over 8 pounds and 10 fish that were 6-7LBERS.

Tomorrow’s (Friday) 7AM Captree Pride trip is canceled. The Captree Princess is definitely sailing 7:01AM for Blackfish.

ALL trips tomorrow (Wednesday) and Thursday are canceled.

ALL trips tomorrow (Tuesday) are canceled.

This weekends trips on the Pride and Princess saw good Striper jigging. The pride will continue sailing for Stripers at 7AM. Captree Princess is now Ocean Blackfishing weekdays at 7:01AM & weekends 5AM DEEPWATER SEA BASS.

Sunday’s 7:03AM trip caught 12 Striped Bass. The Noon trip caught 150 Striped Bass. Monday’s 10AM trip caught a FULL BOAT LIMIT OF STRIPED BASS.

Saturday & Sunday’s half day trips saw some keeper and short blackfish in the bay and ocean, pretty slow. Mondays trip caught around 100 blackfish keeping 22. ALL TRIPS CANCELLED THROUGH AT LEAST FRIDAY. When we resume sailing Captree Princess will be Striper fishing daily 10AM WEEKDAYS; 7:03AM-11:30AM & 12Noon-4:30 Weekends.

Today’s 10 AM Trip caught 90 black Fish keeping 20 to 9 pounds.

Opening Day Blackfish 10AM trip caught around 150 Blackfish keeping 35 to 5LBS. Thursday’s trip saw 16 fishermen catch 150 Blackfish keeping 27.

This weekends daytime trips continued fluking and saw fair results on keepers and shorts.

Friday nights 7PM trip caught 70 Sea Bass, 200 Porgies, 20 Bluefish, 1 Trigger Fish and 3 Almaco Jacks. Today’s 2PM trip caught 237 Fluke, 39 Sea Bass and 13 Sea Robins. Tonight’s 7PM trip caught 70 Sea Bass, 150 Porgies, and 25 Bluefish.

Wednesday- 8AM trip was kind of a grind, we did scrape up 40 keepers but action wise wasnt great today.

Friday’s 8AM trip caught 300 Fluke keeping 50. Friday’s 7PM trip caught 100 seabass, 285 porgies, 2 Bonita, 2 jacks, 3 fluke, and 10 blues. Saturday 8AM trip caught 150 Fluke keeping 30. Saturday’s 2PM trip caught 30 Fluke keeping 7.

Fall Bay Fluke run is on. Monday’s 8AM trip caught 145 Fluke keeping 21. Tuesday’s trip caught 250 Fluke keeping 25. Wednesday we didn’t sail. Thursday’s 8am trip saw 13 fishermen catch 150 Fluke keeping 27 to 6LBS.

Sunday’s 8AM trip kept 200 Big Porgies, 150 Big Sea Bass and 2 Albacore. The 2PM trip saw 14 fishermen catch 70 Fluke to 4LBS.

Today’s 2PM trip caught 223 Fluke, 25 Sea Robins and 1 Trigger Fish.

Today’s Pelagic Special was a Dud. We caught lots of Blues, Porgies, and Sea Bass but in the Pelagic department only 15 Bonito and 1 Bluefin (released). Back to our usual programming tomorrow Friday 8AM Fluke/Sea Bass.

Tomorrow’s (Wednesday) 8AM trip is cancelled due to lack of interest. Tuesday’s 8AM trip had 11 fishermen. They caught 80 Fluke keeping 15 to 8.66 LBS.

Saturday’s 8AM trip fished in the bay and caught 120 Fluke keeping 15.

Today’s 8am trip caught hundreds of sea bass just shy of boat limit had to cull through a lot of shorts, 40 big porgies and 15 Bonito.

Today’s 8AM trip KEPT over 175 Big Sea Bass, over 400 Hubcap Porgies, 40 Monster Triggerfish, 6 Bonito, 3 Fluke, and some Blues. Today’s 2PM trip caught 498 Sea Bass, 417 Porgies, 12 Trigger Fish and 23 Bluefish.

Today’s 8AM trip kept around 200 Big sea bass, 450 Hubcap Porgies, 17 Big Triggerfish, 20 Bonito, and 25 Blues. Today’s 2PM trip caught 312 Sea Bass; Keeping a Full Boat Limit, 214 Porgies, 1 Trigger Fish and 1 Bonito. Tonight’s 7PM trip caught 346 Keeping a Full Boat Limit, 317 Porgies and 17 Bluefish.

Today’s 8AM trip caught 800 Hubcap Porgies, kept around 100 Big Sea Bass, 120 Bluefish, 10 Trigger Fish and some Bonita. Today’s 2PM trip caught 197 Sea Bass, 21 Porgies, 18 Trigger Fish and 3 Eels. Tonight’s 7PM trip caught 324 Porgies, 211 Sea Bass, and 77 Bluefish.

Super Fluking Wednesday! The 8AM trip caught over 700 Fluke keeping 80 to 5LBS. Also 3 Triggerfish, 40 sea bass, 12 Porgies, and a Ling kept.

Tuesday’s 8AM trip caught 275-300 Fluke keeping 50. The keepers were really flying on the last drop! The usual smattering of sea bass and triggerfish were in the mix.

Tomorrow’s (Thursday) 7AM and 8AM trips are canceled. The Laura Lee is sailing at 7AM for Fluke.

Today’s (Tuesday) 12 Noon trip is canceled. Tomorrow’s (Wednesday) 7AM, 8AM, and 12 Noon trips are canceled.

This weekends fluke trips were on the slow side with a few keepers and shorts. The better trips this weekend were Sunday 12NOON Striper Blitz on the Captree Pride and the 1PM Ling trip on the Princess saw a good showing of Big Ling.

Tomorrow’s (Tuesday) 7AM Pride and 8AM Captree Princess trips are canceled. The Laura Lee is sailing at 7AM for Fluke.

Today’s (Saturday 5/10) 1PM Ocean Wreck trip has been canceled due to rough seas. The Laura Lee Express is sailing at 1PM for Bay Fluke.

All trips Friday (5/9) are canceled.

Wednesday’s 8AM trip on the Captree Princess is canceled. Our other boats, Captree Pride & Laura Lee, are sailing 7AM.

Today’s 7AM opening day Fluke on the Pride caught 45 Fluke keeping 19. Today’s 8AM opening day Fluke on the Princess saw around 75 Fluke caught keeping a dozen. We are canceled the next 2 days (Monday & Tuesday) for crummy weather.

Tonight’s (Friday) 7PM trip is canceled. Saturday’s (April 19th) 7AM Cod & Blackfish trip is canceled due to rough seas.

Our first trips of the season start Saturday April 5th & Sunday April 6th. 7AM FULL DAY COD & BLACKFISH ON THE LAURA LEE EXPRESS, we will have both crabs & clams for bait. Night Striped Bass trips start April 15th on the LAURA LEE. The Captree Princess and Pride will resume sailing in May. Also, we published our Fleet’s Offshore Tilefish trips for the spring starting in May.
